Every things ok till DHL picked up our goods than at this point DHL asked them for information that was MANDATORY for the shipping and that DHL said mandatory from directliquidations, At this point direct liquidation totally refused to provide this information to Dhl. we're an international buyer, and we scheduled a pickup with our courrier according to their terms. This is a total loss and disaster for me! This is truly frustrating. But I will not be able to even make enough money to get my money back, on top of that I might have to rent a dumpster to get rid of all the damaged goods. It is a lot of money, hard work, and time that I put into buying, transporting, and sorting this lot. Almost all the items had receipts attached that read "Return Reason: damaged", whereas they (DL) said there was no way of knowing that. They said that it was 75% working goods, which is wrong because it is 90% damaged goods from the pallets(12) I received.
